terms of service

general:
✦ by ordering, you automatically agree to the terms
✦ i have the right to decline your order without providing a specific reason
✦ you are only buying a digital file, not printed art

process:
✦ the commission will be started only after the full payment has been made
✦ i will first send you the sketch to approve, you must apply corrections during this phase, for full illustrations the sketch will be rough colored for visualization of what it intends to become
✦ after you receive the final product, i will only make small changes like colors and details
✦ the commission may take up to a month max to be finished, it can vary depending on my disponibility and complexity
✦ i work with my own colors, if you want your character with the exact same palette you have to specify it to me
✦ please provide as much information and references as possible

payment & refunds:
✦ payment is made throught paypal
✦ not refundable once ive started working on it
✦ you may request a refund if i hasnt started your order after a month
✦ if i am suddenly unable to continue your order, i will provide a full refund

copyright & usage:
✦ do not claim the authorship, i have all the rights of the artwork
✦ you are not allowed to edit without my consent
✦ AI training is strictly prohibited
✦ always credit me ( @rewthime ) when posting or using anywhere
✦ do not remove my signature
✦ no commercial use or any way of income unless discussed beforehand
✦ as the artist, i may post the commission online, put in my portfolio and use as visual example, comissioned pieces not of my main fandom will be posted watermarked on my secondary account ( @rensewth ) if you do not wish for it to be public you have to specify it to me
